My role in CSI Student Branch, PRRM ENGINEERING COLLEGE :  (Computer Society Of INDIA)

• My role was CSI Student Branch Chairman, Webmaster (hosted site for event & PRRMCSI), Poster Designer, Event Agenda maker and also managed the complete team.

 

My activities :

• Hosted CSVUE’08 event on 16th -18th Oct. 2008 ( i.e., On my birthday - Oct. 16th)
• Got a greater support from my Principal Sir Prof. J.Govardan, Prof. M.Sitaramarao, Campus Placement Officer Mr.C.Subbarayudu, My IT HOD Mr.P.Munishekar and CSE HOD Mr.Vijay Kumar
• My friends helped me a lot in making successful event (My friends - Arun Kumar, Srinivas, Goutham Rao & Shailendra )

My Experiences with Company Delegates & Evangelists :   (My First Experience)

• As a CSI Student Branch Chairman my resposibility was to conduct a event in my college - PRRM ENGINEERING COLLEGE
• A thought was in my mind to invite the companies to conduct their technical sessions and Hands On Labs
• I have invited NOVELL,MICROSOFT Student Partners, Adobe to conduct their events (*Due to lack of time i have cancelled NOVELL Workshops & Sessions)
• I have invited Mr. Venkatesh Parasuram - CSI HYDERABAD CHAPTER CHAIRMAN & When i spoke to him concerning the event, he felt very happy to hear that
• It was very hard to find the addresses & contacts of some Companies.
• It was very hard to convince the managers & evangelists to conduct the seminars and Hands On Labs in my college   ( *But im proud to say that i did it very easily and convinced them at free of cost, Actually no one would agree to conduct the Conference and Workshops at nocost, I have convinced them in that way )
•  On search very hardly i found the details and address of Adobe Hyderabad Flex user group from ADOBE
• I was lil worried that am i able to bring Adobe to my college or not, Neways i spoke to ADOBE HYDERABAD FLEX USER GROUP MANAGER - Mr. Mohammed Nouman Naveed (Adobe Evangelist), He did it for me at nocost      (*He offered some goodies to the pariticipants)
• Neways my hearty thanks to Mr. Mohammed Nouman Naveed
• I experienced lil difficulty to bring the Microsoft Evangelists, For 3weeks i use to contact & call via phone to Microsoft Employees , evangelists and student partners, These people(Microsoft employees, evangelists and Student Partners) was unknown to me, I just found these people on Microsoft Official Portal, Neways finally i found Microsoft student Partners, I spoke to many Official Microsoft student partners and convinced them to conduct the seminars and Hands On labs on Microsoft Technologies & Finally they supported me in greater way concern the event
• My hearty thanks to Microsoft Student Partners - Mr.Humayun Khan, Mr.Vishwanath & Ms. Bhavana
• I promised to my college and csi student members that i would bring some companies to conduct conferences & hands on labs in my college - Finally i did it, I’m happy with that.
